I am dedicated to helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self-compassion. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences while working toward lasting change. I work with individuals and couples to help them manage anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges.
I practice from a relational cultural orientation, which emphasizes mutual empathy, authenticity, and the power of connection. Rather than positioning myself as the “expert” on your life, I see therapy as a collaborative process where we explore patterns of connection and disconnection, and how they shape your sense of self and relationships with others. I pay close attention to the impact of culture, identity, and systemic forces, recognizing that healing also involves honoring the social and relational contexts that influence your experiences. In additon to this I take an integrative, evidence-based approach to therapy, drawing from modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and strengths-based interventions. I believe therapy is most effective when it is collaborative and tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals.
